Becoming vegan has pushed all my creative buttons and I have tried to be seasonally inspired. Fruit and vegetables that are in season have generally travelled the smallest distance, are your freshest option and often the cheapest. I am not a professional cook; these recipes are easy for anyone to make. Mostly the preparation is simple, some work better in a food processor, but they are all easy make-at-home options. These recipes aim to offer some creative support to anyone embarking on a more self-nurturing food journey.

 

Being vegan is not a time to narrow your food options, it is a time to experiment with a wider range than you may previously have considered.
